I hope everyone had a great holiday and wonderful family time. That is what really makes the holidays so special. Once you get past all the running around, shopping and cooking (and wrapping!) it is all about the family.
We move from one holiday to the next and New Year's is just around the corner.
We are excited to share with you our new "New Years" printables.
We have created these printables based on your requests and have just launched them. You can now find printables to help kids write their own New Year's Resolutions, all decorated with healthy foods and fun action images. While helping children choose their resolution, guide them to simple actions that they can take to help their bodies grow healthy and strong.
-
Simple is better
-
No more than two so they can focus on an action
-
Help them choose a specific action like "eat breakfast each morning" or "turn off the TV during dinner time". Something that is specific helps them know what to do.
-
Don't forget to celebrate their successes.
-
Use our healthy kids trackers to help them keep track of the actions and remind them of their progress.
