Vegetable Group Fun
The vegetable group is a colorful food group for children to learn about. Children will learn that vegetables come in many different cool colors and they are filled with vitamins, minerals and fiber that their body needs to grow tall and healthy.
Chef Solus and his explorer friends introduce their very cute vegetable friends from the the vegetable group. Children will enjoy word puzzles, worksheets and learning sheets that promote the healthy goodness of the fruit food group. Coloring sheets are great for the younger children.
