Healthy Food Printables
Protein Group Fun
Chef Solus and his protein friends are happy to introduce children to the healthy foods that belong to the Protein Food Group.
Foods such as meat, seafood, nuts, seeds, tofu and eggs are healthy proteins that provide necessary nutrients to help a child grow tall and healthy. These foods are filled with nutrients to help children grow tall and strong.
Our protein group printables emphasize healthy lean proteins that are lower in fat. Our protein food printables also promote a diet that includes other proteins instead of just meat. Seeds, nuts, beans are also very healthy foods that are high in protein.
