New Years' Printable Fun Goal Sheets for Kids

It is that time of the year where we look to improve health habits or try again to improve health habits. Either way, applause to you and your family for making it a priority.
We have some fun printables that you can use to help the kids write down their New Year's Resolution! Eating healthier and becoming more active are the most popular resolutions but being more specific and helping your child set manageable goals will be the key to everyone's success.
Quick guidelines:

choose 1 or 2 goals
-
make it something you can measure
-
be specific
-
write it down and post it in a visible place
-
share and celebrate small steps towards the goal

always be positive and supportive
New Year's Kids free printables
