Delicious potato recipe for kids and families
 

Ingredients

 
  • fingerling potatoes 1 1/2 cup(s)
  • Olive Oil 2 teaspoon(s)
  • Garlic Salt 1 teaspoon(s)
 

Directions

 
Adults: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Together: Toss the potatoes with the oil and salt in a medium size bowl.
Kids: Spread out in a single layer on a large shallow baking sheet.
Adults: Cook, stirring several times, for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly crisp on the outside and tender on the inside when pierced with a fork.
