Roasted Cauliflower
Simple but tasty and nutritious vegetable dish.
Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
Adults: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Kids: Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Kids: Spread the cauliflower florets evenly on the tray, drizzle with the olive oil, and sprinkle over the fennel seeds, salt and freshly ground pepper.
Adults: Toss and bake for 35 minutes, shaking the pan every 10 minutes for even cooking.
Adults: *Cut Cauiflower into florets
Variation: Instead of fennel seeds, try 2 teaspoons curry powder or 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary.
