Ingredients
Low fat (1%) milk 2 tablespoons
Sugar 4 teaspoons
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Banana, cut in quarters 1 medium
Plain non-fat yogurt (can also use vanilla yogurt and omit vanilla extract) 1 cup
Banana slices 8 1/2-inch
Directions
Adults: Cut one banana into 8 1/2 inch slices and the other banana into quarters.
Kids: Place milk, sugar, vanilla, and banana in blender or food processor. Process at high speed until smooth, about 15 seconds.
Adults: Pour mixture into a small bowl; fold in yogurt. Chill.
Kids: Spoon into 4 dessert dishes; garnish each with 2 banana slices just before serving.
