Vegetable holiday dinner that kids will enjoy eating. Also a fun way to make vegetables look good and tasty to kids.
Ingredients
Cooking Spray
1 head cauliflower, cut in thin peices
1 cup grated low fat cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated parmessan cheese
1 cup 1/2 and 1/2 cream
1 cup Uncooked peas
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Adults: Preheat oven to 350˚F
Together: Spray a medium baking dish lightly with cooking spray and set aside.
Kids: Mix cauliflower with the cheeses and cream in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the peas
Together: Place cauliflower mixture into a baking dish.
Adults: Sprinkle paprika on the top and bake for about 1 hour or until cauliflower is very tender.
