I totally agree with you. Aerobic is a proven way to keep brain healthy. Just to add to the information, people can use various programs for example software or games also, to keep their brains healthy. I have been using a software known as “Mind Sparke Brain Fitness Pro”, which has helped a lot in increasing my concentration and memorizing power. Such softwares are really good for children appearing for some exams or someone who plays a musical instrument also these softwares are useful for keeping our brain healthy and all these programs are very easy to use and can be included in our daily schedule.

Good post, though some bloggers avoided replying to each comment, probably they didn’t want to make their commenters feel as though they had to continue a conversation. What they could have done is go to their website and comment back whenever they could, though. That would be a nice gesture and confidence boost.

The nature of the brain is similar body muscles in many ways. If it is stimulated and made to work, it gets stronger and if it is not used it gets weaker. However care should be taken to not over stimulate it. Just as over training a muscle leads to injuries, stimulating the brain beyond its capacity might impair its strength.
