We are approaching Mid-Summer and many of our children may also be getting bored with the lazy of days of summer. If your kids have been falling into the habits of watching too much TV or indulging in screen time and not getting enough physical activity don't despair!
There is still time to take steps to encourage your kids enjoy more active play time and the great outdoors. Being active and having a fun summertime doesn't mean we need to rely on formal organized activities it can be a great time for unstructured play-time and backyard fun!
