Healthy Monday Tips - Keep the Family Healthy with Enough Daily Sleep

As days grow longer, don’t skimp on your family's shuteye, especially the kids!   Starting your week with enough sleep (7-8 hours or more for most adults) helps reduce stress, control appetite, lowers blood pressure, boosts the immune system, and can ward off diabetes and heart disease, too.

Kids ages 5 to 12 need 10 to 11 hours of sleep each night.
