Healthy Monday- Celebrate Valentine's Day with extra kindness to your heart

Be your own Valentine and take care of your heart. Assess your risk of cardiac disease with your doctor. Safeguard your heart with at least 30 minutes of exercise on most days and a diet low in saturated and trans fats, cholesterol and sodium. Avoid secondhand smoke. Feel the love – and take it to heart.

Mondays are a great day to renew Family Health vows. Every Monday, you will find some healthy tip to help your family start the week off on a Healthy Note!
