US Report Card Flunks Physical Activity and Kids

The goal is for children to have at least 1 hour a day of moderate to vigorous physical activity each day as well as reduce screen time to 2 hours or less a day.

Small bouts of moderate to vigorous activity can easily add up to 60 minutes a day.
