A prescription for ill health infographic tells the sobering facts

I thought I would share this infographic from our friends at Food Day.
It is sort of a sobering message of the unhealthy state that most of us our in. Keep points:

We need to eat more whole grains (100% wheat bread, brown rice etc) rather than refined grains (white bread, white rice etc)
-
We eat too much red meat and processed meats.
-
We need more fruits and vegetables
Nourish Thought for the Day:
It's never too late to change our habits, especially with children. Make small changes and they will add up to a healthier family.
