Baked Salmon with Pecans

 
A delicious meal for the whole family to enjoy
 

Ingredients

 
  • Bread Crumbs 1/3 cup
  • Pecans (halves), chopped 1/3 ounces
  • Parsley 2 teaspoons
  • Salmon Fillets 4 ounces
  • Lemons, large 1 each
  • Salt 1 pinch/dash
  • Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
  • Butter, melted 2 tablespoons
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper 1 pinch/dash
  • *Salmon Fillets should be about 4 ounces
  • *Salmon Fillets should be about 4 ounces
 

Directions

 
Adults: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Kids: In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, butter and honey.
Kids: In another bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.
Kids: Season each salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
Together: Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush the salmon with the mustard-honey mixture. Cover the top of each fillet with the bread crumb mixture.
Adults: Bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until salmon just flakes off with a fork.
Adults: Cut each salmon fillet in half and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
